Apartments are very nice and comfortable. Clean and peaceful. Power outage in the middle of the night but they have a backup. Service at the beach and restaurants are top notch. I come from the hotel industry and the only thing I didn’t like was that for Holy Week they force the employees at the beach/Pool and restaurants to work from Thursday to Sunday from 7am until 10 pm and until all accounts were paid. Smh.

Beautiful beach side condominium project, privately owned villas with a centrally run administration. There are two excellent restaurants, one on the beach and another on stilts over the sea offering an extensive range of food, including of course fresh seafood. There is additional beach side bar and two swimming pools, the beach area has many sun umbrellas and palm trees to offer shade of required. The whole place tend to have a more laid back, more tranquil vibe than most Dominican resorts, mercifully lacking over amplified music all day long!
A great place for a relaxing day, or longer at the beach.

Apartments - Excellent
Staff/Reception - very poor, many people don't speak English. Especially its bad when reception is closed and you can't check in, since nobody can understand a single word.
Cleaning - schedule is very untrivial, I'm still curious why my room was cleaned only first day, the rest 2 weeks cleaning staff kept skipping my room,
Food/Restaurants - bad. Fish food doesn't taste as good as expected from tropical place and prices are very high.

I showed up with my family of 3 kids wife and mom. I tried to get a day pads but the guys aid they only sold it from Monday to Wednesday. I guess I understand certain procedures but if a family that is obviously not looking for trouble but looking to spend money I think they should help us out. They told me to go to Nico bar and they took us in.
