  I'm building a house at the entrance of the project (km18) next to the house that has the division walls of stones. Cuidad Juan Boch, will have everything. Now the Ole supermarket franchise its building one location. From the airport is 10minutes not 20. We have a huge gas station at the Marginal Ave, plus few kilometers away, we have the highway that take you to Samaná and other northern parts of the country. And to the right of the Las Americas, you can get to the city in 20-25 minutes, depends on the traffic and time. Also, La Cuidad Juan Boch, connect you to La Carreteta de San Isidro going through the back of the project. That people that lives in Monte Plata and Guerra can cut through here. Best time to invest.
