i had a forest burger, i was delicious, love, love their regular fries, are kind of crunchy plus the sauce 😍 the only bad thing was that asked for the bill and they took like 10 or 15 mins to bring it :/ and it wanst a rush hour so slow in that part.

Quality has gone down so much it's not even a resemblance of what we are used to. Even the bathrooms are in terrible condition. Prices are the only thing that remains unchanged. Basically you are paying 5th Avenue prices for McDonald's food.

They need to do a deep clean, the cups where nasty, they need a better service in my opinion, I enjoided the salad I had and I think the proportions of the burgers can be better, their thai rice went to hell, it was great like 2years ago now it taste like everything all mixed up. In general it was ok.

I like the place and the food is good. The parking is decent and sometimes will not be enough. I like the food, but I consider they changed with higher prices and less proportion of food. The service was okay, not excellent. The location is quiet and not hard to get there. I would visit again.

It used to have a really good service and the food was great. But I don’t understand what happened to them. The service is horrible and the comes cold or over cooked. I used to love their food but after this experience, I rather not to go back again

Food can be a hit or miss. At times it is amazing, other times it's it was reheated. Customer service is subpar and prices are a bit over the top. Lunch special menu portions are small.

The place is cozy, it is expensive, but the food taste good, but the service can be better, We ask for starters that never arrived.

The food and the venue are great. But the service is always lacking something. Last year the personal didn't want to see the customer at their eyes or even talk just the bare minimum this seems to have slightly improved but now they don't give napkins. In the last ten times I have been there I have to ask for napkins. And I always ask for hamburger.

Terrible service! the hamburgers were cold and so my fries, I asked for red meat and it was literally burnt! we asked for the drinks with the food and they didn't do so, the time the food arrived, we had no drinks and by the time they decided to bring the drinks we already almost finish our dish. Finally, we had to wait almost ten minutes for the receipt without the fact that no one was paying attention to us.

Full American food style in whole menu and have a good taste. Service is not good enough and expensive for local. If you are a traveler this is a cost effective place.
