It has good doctors

I was admitted for 9 days, room 15, the bathroom without light bulb (it was reported from the 1st day to a man and 1 cleaning lady who said that they had already reported it but it was never fixed), when the toilet door was opened It is behind, the bathtub has a wall, it shouldn't have one, and to access the bathroom a step, not suitable for 1 pregnant woman with a threat of abortion or for any convalescent, the sink leaked water underneath, they did not give us control of the air or The tv, the air one had to be borrowed from the other rooms and for the television pay 500 pesos in supply, my mother went to supply and they told her that there was no available that they would notify us (WE NEVER WERE ANNOUNCED) As the cable is from Aster and in my house we have that same cable, my husband thought about taking a control of our house and it worked but the Clinic should provide this so basic, if on the day of discharge the patient does not return the control, charge it to his account. More than a clinic it looks like a hospital. I still have the bed that is very old, even in the Musa there are beds in better condition, I have no complaints about the doctors who treated me because they are professionals, but it leaves much to be desired to see their very nice and cozy offices and when they admit you you you realize the improvement that must be made to the physical plant.
My experience was not pleasant, the owners of this Clinic must make great improvements, one Saturday they were going to come down to do a sonography and the nurse who was told my mother to go find the wheelchair to get me down the elevator, This is supposed to be done by her or by some qualified personnel to do it, when we got down (due to inexperience) the chair collided with something, there I complained because it hurt, a young man who was in the waiting room came to help us.
Hopefully they can take action on the matter, so that no one else goes through this.response / report this review -

Very good, but the secretaries never answer the phones, it is impossible to communicate by phone, to obtain information from a doctor, consultation hours, etc. They must improve this, especially in times of pandemic.
