Thank you CCRC for changing my life to the better. At first, I was skeptical about the idea of going in another country but I didn't regret it and I can honestly say that it was the best thing I did for me, for my family. I really loved the weather there and the center is beautiful. I recommend this center because it really helped me to recover from my addiction and it seriously changed my life.

Friendly staff and great service. I absolutely love this center, it helped me through my alcohol addiction. I am now proudly sober, this experience changed my life and I would like to thank everyone there that helped me get through this stage of my life. The atmosphere and nice staff at the center made the process really enjoyable.

My stay at CCRC was amazing. Counsellors are great and so is manager. Therapy sessions were well driven. Very professional Center and would recommand.

Unscrupulous and unprofessional. I was supposed to attend CCRC in March of last year for treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as they are one of the only facilities that you can attend if you do not have substance abuse problems. The people were kind on the phone, but my family was suspicious that they seemed very pushy. I paid my $2500 deposit, $1000 of which was supposed to be refundable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to attend. I put my deposit on hold to try to go another time, but eventually asked to get the refundable portion back, as this will not be possible due to the financial burden. They have now stopped returning my messages. One thousand dollars may not be much to them, but for someone battling mental illness to point of desperation, this is a lot. If they were invested in my mental health the way they claimed, they would refund my deposit as they said they would. Instead, they ignore me. Take your money and your recovery to somewhere the people are invested in you as a person and not you as a paycheque- and somewhere that they return your calls.

It took me a while to finally decide to get help. Once I did, it took me an even longer time to find a Center that I would feel comfortable in. The Caribbean Coast Recovery Center helped me get back on my feet. The rooms were comfortable & luxurious. The medical staff were extremely dedicated to my success. Thank you all for what you've done for me!

I had hit my lowest when I called Caribbean Coast Recovery. Deciding to go was hard but it was the best personal decision I had made in a long time. The center is beautiful and quiet. I appreciated the room of my own and being able to swim everyday. Claude and the counselling program helped me through a lot of darkness. Sometimes when I feel that pull to just have a drink, I reach into the place I got to there and so far, I am strong. I still talk with her every month since I left near a year ago. I have turned around my life and I am very grateful to feel healthy again. I recommend this center. It helped save my life. Maria S.

I would not hesitate to recommend Caribbean Coast Recovery Center as a 1st class treatment centre on all levels. Counselling was amazing especially Claude and Alfredo ,.The center changed my life positively forever ,i am back with my wife and life is beautiful.
I love the fact that we did many one on one counselling and the massage therapist was incredible.

i encourage everyone looking for good center with no hidden charges to go there.

Daily program, accommodation, excursions,food, fitness facilities together contributed to my having a very positive experience. Love you all

The moment I called that morning in pain, it was transforming experience. I was greeted with understanding, respect, and care. They set up flight details and transportation to and from resort. The recovery process thorough and deep. I was engaged, challenged and focused. Outstanding weather, and different atmosphere helped extremely. Highly recommended!
