No problems with staff or cleanliness! The nurses loved me and I will Be returning! I love Dr. Cabral and his bedside manner.

I have came here with my husband and they have been nothing but helpful to me. I have gotten surgery from Cabral and I can't complain. Annie the front desk lady on the 5th floor is amazing. I had an overnight nurse .. But overall the experience is great!! P.s.they also have a nice mini cafe in the lobby and their cappachino is the bombbest in DR.😍😍❤

I have been here 5 times for Cosmetic surgery with Dr.Cabral , the care is exceptional, the Pre Op testing for blood clots is something they never did on the States, and Post op Care, the nurses come in and check o you an deliver your pain meds on time. It i every clean and sanitary there. I would recommend it highly .

Cipla is beautiful inside and out. From the people being so attentive to the decor that is spectacular! The Doctors here are Amazing and do some of the Most Amazing work in the world, My personal favorite is Dr. Cabral. His consistency is beautiful. This facility is very clean and the staff reall puts the effort in. Sometimes a language barrier for people who are not fluent in Spanish, but I myself had no issues. I am definitely returning to Cipla here in the Near Future. ❤️

CIPLA is very clean and organized. All of staff are friendly and greet everyone with smile and warm welcome. I had a great experience at CIPLA and will be returning in 1 year!

Horrible. If you have a medical emergency you'll likely die. The staff is NOT equipped to treat you in an emergency situation! This is a facility in which invasive surgeries are performed, yet I'll say it again, the staff is not equipped to save your life if need be. On top of that they've been quarantined on two separate occasions. The latest due to a dangerous strain of bacteria that has shown resistance to various antibiotics. Also, Hector Cabral is the owner of this clinic, so dwell on that! Enter at your own risk.

Watch out. This place has multiple and repeated cases of women being killed and disfigured by infections acquired here. Now imagine -paying- to become disfigured when you went there to look better. They don't properly sanitize the operating rooms or the surgical tools they use, and sterile materials end up covered in pathogens from being placed on their uncleaned surfaces. Look elsewhere until they get themselves straightened out.
They only do this because they keep getting away with it to make money. Boycott them until they sort themselves out, and they will realize they need to take sanitization seriously or they won't make any money.response / report this review -

I recently had a tummy tuck, lipo and bbl with Dr Diaz and Cipla. The facility and its staff was awesome! Clinic was very clean in and outside. Care is handled with delicacy, seamless and reassuring at every step. My progress in recovery was closely monitored by my doctor and great masseuse Brunilda. Brunilda is fantastic at her job! Brunilda made me feel better at each massage! Front desk lady Pebbles is very efficient and has great communication skills!! All around very happy with my results and highly recommend Dr Diaz.

At first glance from the oustside cipla looks amazing and very clean. I first walked into the clinic and went to my surgeons office and the office was tiny, we were packed in there like sardines. Then I had to go draw my blood for the procedure and the women who worked at the clinic had a terrible attitude. The day of my surgery they didn't have any rooms available and when one room became available they cleaned it in a rush to put me in there. There was still blood on the floor under the bed when I was taken to the room and the bathroom door of the room was locked. When I asked on of the women staff to open the door cause I had to used the bathroom it took them about 2 hours to open the door. My surgery was scheduled on a Friday, I was told to have my last meal at 9pm on Thursday, and I wasn't operated until 3:40pm on Friday. These are just some of the problems that I encountered. I must say that the entire experience at CIPLA was TERRIBLE
