  ¡¡¡¡TERRIBLE!!!! Mi experiencia con esta compañía fue bastante mala. En primer lugar, MUY CARA Y UN COCHE MALO Y VIEJO, pagué casi 440 Euros, lo que equivale a 480 dólares americanos más o menos por un coche bastante normal, pequeño, y antiguo (un Kia Picanto). Decidí seleccionar el seguro con todo incluído pensando que me cubriría posibles daños, y podría estar tranquila, pero no fue así.
  
  El último día me robaron la parte de plástico de los espejos retrovisores. Pensé que como tenía el seguro a todo riesgo no debería preocuparme. Pues no, ME COBRARON 400 DÓLARES POR UNOS PLÁSTICOS DE ESPEJO RETROVISOR QUE CUESTAN $30!!!!!!

  DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH BUDGET IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC!
  I rented a small car for a week in Santo Domingo and i bought a full comprehensive insurance. Some parts of the mirrors in the car were missing, they got stolen, and they charged me 400 dollars to replace the parts!!! In total I paid more than $900 for a small car a week!! They didn’t send a detailed bill either. I called budget USA and they referred me to Budget international but the number didn’t work !! They know tourists don’t go back there and they charge whatever they want on your card!!

  Estoy muy descontenta con la compañia. Alquilé un coche con ellos una semana a todo riesgo, me robaron una parte de los espejos retrovisores y me han cobrado más de 400 euros por elloen total he pagado 871 euros por un coche pequeño por una semana! Además la factura que me enviaron no está detallada, por lo que creo que han cobrado más de 300 euros en mano de obra. Se aprovechan de que los turistas van y no vuelven al pais! LLamé a Budget internacional pero el número no funciona! NO ALQUILEIS CON ELLOS!!! SON UNOS LADRONES!!
