  My husband and I visited this store mid August and it was a pleasure to buy in your store. Mr llorentes was very accommodating, pleasant and very professional and knowledgeable of the product we purchased. I am looking forward to visit you again in February next year. We are extremely happy with the product and mr llorentes kind service.

  I went to this place today in the morning They have a lousy service, my husband gave me a cartier ring and we went to change it, because the ring of almost 3 thousand dollars was peeled, and as he has a 1 month guarantee we went to change it and a person answered us, I do not know if it's right to call him that, because his behavior was really that of an animal, (without offending animals, by comparison) he spoke to us contemptuously, and making mocking gestures, with another girl who was there , I do not know how this kind of people can have without education, without respect, without the least ethics, this woman does not know what is meant by customer service, I think that in a place of that category, the minimum is that the clients get good treatment, or at least respect. It is very likely that in any town market you receive better treatment, and find a person, with more education, than in this place
