With modern and big installations, the Body Shop has conquered the hearts of hundreds of people in Santiago. The gym offers several classes (Les Mills Body Pump, Body Jam, Military Crossfit, yoga, pilates, etc) and commodities such as an in-door restaurant, barbershop, beauty salon, spa, nursery, and an outdoor pool is also available. It is kind of expensive compared to other gyms but facilities are offered to PUCMM's students and its personnel.

Extremely well-equipped and huge fitness club. If there's one machine that's busy you can always go to another area and use a similar machine for your exercises, same goes for the weights (they have two weight areas that are almost the same). However they don't have bands or chains.

There are floor trainers which can help you out and spot for you if needed, but you might have to look for them sometimes.

Military Crossfit Box is hardcore, along with the trainers, you can sign up every each season for an additional fee. There's a Squash box (you have to bring your equipment) and a rock climbing wall (speak at reception to use it).

Excellent group classes all day long for cardio, cycling and relaxation purposes, my favorites are Core, BodyPump and indoor cycling (although, lately, I haven't been able to attend). All the instructors are Les Mills certified and on top of their game, be on time for the classes.

Very busy and clean basketball/volleyball court and it's surrounded by a small running/walking platform.

Locker/bathroom area is large and very clean, towels are always available and there's a vapor steam cleaner (it would be great if they offered to vapor steam your shirts for you, but it is what it is). Hot and cold water at the showers with regular soap dispensers; there's always water running, that has never failed. Sauna is great, but it glitches when it overheats. There's a barbershop for men and there's a beauty salon for the ladies, they're paid separately.

You can have regular evaluations to check up on your progress, but you'll have to be on top of it since the club won't be reminding you schedule appointments.

There's a kids area and an annexed Cafeteria, which is a business on its own.

There's WiFi, which has good reception in most of the club, but there are some blind spots.

You can also gain access to the campus pool by adding another small fee to your subscription (probably the smallest additional service fee of the club).

The club is inside a university campus and its work hours are constrained to the campus's working hours (L-F 5AM-10PM, Saturday 8AM-6PM, Sunday/(some)Holidays 9AM-1PM).

They also have an app, which is good to check up on the schedules group classes, temporary offers to buy their merchandise or get some freebies. It also has some more functionalities related to your work outs, which I haven't tested.
