Boat Trips Punta Cana

  The trip was fun and the people were nice, but if you're looking for any semblance of organization, then you might want to look elsewhere.
  
  The van transport from the resort dropped us off at the beach where hundreds of other people were standing around, staring at the several catamaran boats waiting off the coast. No one knew which boats were which, where we should go, or which little motor boats (which were transporting people to the larger boats) to get on. So we all just waited there for roughly 30 minutes before our group just picked a boat and hoped for the best.
  
  No organization.
  
  Also - what we booked online and what we actually experienced did not match at all. The site said "Snorkel some of Punta Cana’s most incredible locations." I really hope where we snorkeled wasn't one of Punta Cana's most incredible locations, because it was literally just sand at the bottom of the bay. No reef. Next to no fish. Don't book if you're doing so for the snorkeling experience.
  
  And where the Breakers website says "Unlimited Drinks and Snacks", they mean they'll whip out a bag of Tostitos five minutes before you arrive back at the beach. No drinks were ever made available to us.
  
  Also - after you book something on the Breakers website, don't expect to be able to contact anyone at Breakers after that. We tried several times to email them after booking months in advance (to confirm, to clarify details, etc.) but never got a single reply from them.
  
  Would highly recommend booking elsewhere.

  I chose this company of the many that were available due to the great reviews. Unfortunately, I do not share the same experience as everyone else. For the $79/person that was charged stated it was inclusive of chicken skewers, potato salad and snacks. We were provided with snacks only. We also weren’t on a Breakers catamaran but on the infinity which was okay. The trip itself was fine. I was just expecting what I paid for and when I asked the crew onboard about this they stated I could purchase a grilled burger on board for an additional $6 for each burger. I also made contact with the trip organizer who never responded to my emails. I think for a party boat tour it was an okay experience that I probably could have booked through my resort for much less for the same things. I booked through Expedia however, my voucher stated clearly what was included. Just be mindful of what you’re booking and perhaps it will work out for you.

  Traveling in the current covid situation, we chose Breakers for a boating excursion. We had a private family tour with 2 excellent experienced guides! Clean! Safe! So much fun! Excellent in every way from beginning to end! Just what we needed! Thank you so much!

  10/10 recommend this tour to anyone and everyone!! From the time I booked the excursion to the time we left they gave me an exceptional customer experience! The whole crew was so nice and genuine the whole time, making sure we were taken care of. We didn’t want the trip to end!

  Jorge and Luis were awesome. I had so much fun. It was perfect. Please do not overlook this catamaran and crew. We were upgraded to a private catamaran for free and it was beyond perfect. I can not imagine a better crew or time spent.
