Costco travel works with them but will NOT help you if they screw you over. Blue travel lies about prices, over charges your card, doesn't show up on time, and they are horrible at time management and communication.

We used this service and were told we’ll be back to our hotel by 2:45pm, after mass confusion and waiting hours for a shuttle back we returned at 7:30pmblue staff is incompetent, unreliable and wasted a lot of time that tourists could have spent else whereI know Dominicans aren’t the smartest bunch but I never thought they were this disorganizedno leadership or intelligence at blue travel services in DR, STAY AWAY!

Terrible company.I had to ring them to confirm the pickup time.Company representative in our hotel was unkind and didn't want to help me.I spent a lot of money on phone calls.Stay away from them!!!

Terrible Company - Do not trust or rely on them.

I ordered a round trip shuttle ride to and from my Hotel - I scheduled my Check-out Pick up for 3:00pm, but when I got to the Front Desk the Receptionist informed me that my shuttle came at the wrong time and left.

I had to pay additional for a Taxi ride and now BlueTravel is denying me a refund for a service I wasn't even able to utilize.

TERRIBLE company, booked over $900 in excursions which were all completely fabricated and lies about what they entailed. We didn't make it to one of the excursions because of my husband being sick, did not let us cancel and did not let us refund it. Would NEVER recommend to anyone

I booked a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for myself and five friends for Thursday, February 2nd - Monday, February 6th through Expedia. A few days before our trip, I received a call and an email from Joel Olivo with Blue Travel Partner Services to make transportation arrangements. Joel provided detail and pricing on all of the options they offered for transportation. We picked the private transportation for up to 6 passengers for $100 USD. Once I let Joel know which transportation option we wanted he sent me a link to process payment and then he sent me a voucher to print give to the driver at the airport. Then out of curiosity, I decided to google Blue Travel Partner Services and came across these reviews. After reading all of the reviews I thought I was scammed. I thought about cancelling and having my bank put a stop payment on the transaction, but I’m glad I didn’t…

When we arrived in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, we stopped at the Blue Travel Partner Services desk and showed them our voucher. They had someone walk us out to where our driver was waiting. I’m not sure what happened with all of the other reviewers, but our experience was completely different. The staff (especially our driver) was amazing.

Even though we didn’t want to leave, transportation back to the airport was just as great and on time. I would totally recommend Blue Travel Partner Services for transportation services.

My wife and I prepaid $97 for a private car, round trip, between our hotel and airport.
Upon arrival in Punta Cana - no problem.
We confirmed our return the day before checkout of the hotel with the Blue representative in the hotel lobby, as required. Everything was good, and they told us we were all confirmed.
The car that was supposed to be there at 12 noon to take us to the airport never showed.
The Blue rep at the lobby THAT day (a different person than the previous day) said we weren't on his list, there was no car and suddenly spoke no english. Walked away from us when we asked him to call his office.
We called the car service several times, as well as the hotels' Guest Services representative who was trying to help us out, and we both were repeatedly told the driver would be there in 5 minutes. They had us on their list.
On my final call, the same idiot who previously told me the driver would be there in five minutes then tells me our name is not on their list and there is no car.
We ended up having to scramble for a taxi and paying $30 out of pocket just to get to the airport on time.
This company absolutely is a scam.
They were more than happy to charge us $97 and then didn't provide the service.
DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST!!
Just save yourself the headache and take a taxi.
This company exists to rip people off, and that's all they're good for.

I did book this company at the airport right after I arrived in Punta Cana. The girl that was at the help desk told me that i had to pay $20 for 2 people from the Airport to Bavaro Beach. She said for the return I had to meet their agent over "Bavaro Princess Resort" called Joel a day prior i leave, so i could make the payment of $20 for the return. A day prior the return I went to meet Joel which was a SCAM person with VULGAR attitude. He told me that I had to make the reservation 2 days prior the return, and i was really late. I explained to him that the agent at the airport told me a day prior, so whatever he was not true. He said that if i was going to pay him $35 he could put me in. I told him that for $35 i could take a private taxi, and whatever he was trying to do was SCAM. He replied by saying that that was the price if i wanted. Read the comments before you book with "Blue Travel". SCAM people like Joel will try to rip off every single dollar or pesos from your pocket. DO NOT, DO NOT BOOK WITH SCAM COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE.

this place is horrible, I booked for a excursion 3 weeks in advance, called a week before we came to confirm. Once we arrived and call then on time of pick up, they stated the excursion that we wanted does not operate that day, So we reschedule for the following day and they said they will call and confirm a time in the morning. They never called and when we call them back they said the excursion is full. What kinda crappy business are they operating. People travel thousands of miles and plan trip weeks in advance. If they would of called and let us know in like the promise it wouldn't be bad. But they did not. I do not recommend this place to no-one. horrible and dishonest
