  Huge building, auditorium is well preserve, but unfortunately not the others levels, ac is broken, all equipment is out of service or broken and employees are not in mood for help.

  Da pena que una estructura tan costosa este tan descuidada, la 4ta planta está llena de filtraciones, un total desastre cuando llueve(a tal punto que uno de los días de lluvia que estuve en biblioteca se desplomó un pedazo del falso techo donde termina la escalera para subir), la cerámica de los pisos levantada, entre otras cosas
