I was extremely dissapointed my husband and I went for breakfast he speaks fluent Spanish. We ordered two rolled omelettes with potatoes and onion finally after about 30 minutes they arrived both filled with chunks of ham I am a vegan we send back wait another 30 minutes Finally a very nice young lady asked goes to kitchen she apologizes etc. During this entire time we see an owner /manager obviously in charge never once comes by apologizes nothing He is just concerned about getting more pastries on display We cancel my order the lady at register still no apology my husband pays we leave Never again horrible management.

I live here and have eaten here a few times. Ive held off on leaving a review because the reviews I've read about Bella Napoli, are in complete contradiction to my experiences. I keep telling myself I'll give them another chance. But no matter how many times I eat there, it's the same. The food is so-so, maybe okay. I didn't throw up, but I'm always disappointed and swear I'll never go back. And to make matters worse, I've never had good service either. In fact, some of my worse experience with service is from this restaurant.

This is honestly the best pizza place I've ever been to ever. If I could give it 6 stars I would. The owner makes everything right in front of you and everything is absolutely delicious. I spend a week in Dominican and go here about 4 nights of the week.
