Have to agree with most reviews on here! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The employees are far from fun and collected to say the least, and that “natural spring” is actually a man made pool! Very disappointing. During our ride the buggie turned off completely twice due to poor conditions of the buggies themselves.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that lunch was delicious and the buggy ride was nice, though it could’ve been way better!response / report this review -

DO NOT GO ON THIS TOUR!!!!!
1) The pool is a regular man made pool, not a natural pool - they mislead you by calling it natural pool
2) No communication. They leave you sitting for hour at a time and you have no idea what is happening
3) They mislead you with what you will get in tour. We asked for buggies + horse back riding. After we paid and got there, they told us horse back riding was not included and we needed to pay more
4) Buggies were in horrible conditions. Mine had steering issues. The couple in front of me had seat belt trouble and they just tied a knot and had the couple continue - not safe
5) I was so eager to get out bus back to hotel to end the day of torture that I forgot my bag on bus. When I called they first tried to ignore me, then when I had my hotel call they said they were “too far away but could get to me in 15 mins but would charge me $25 U.S. When I described my horrible experience and and suggested I should not have to pay, they told me to wait in lobby for 20 mins but I waited and they never brought my belongings back.
6) Many issues with this tour that I could keep writing but you get the point. Stay away. Lunch was good but just a plate of one drumstick, rice, and beans so doesn’t make up for all the horrible experiences.response / report this review -

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointing experience there are much better options for your money.
For context, my group did the buggy ride and lunch.
Pros:
- Buggy ride was fun! We got dusty and muddy as promised. Speeding around the race track was awesome!
- Lunch was delicious!
Cons:
- Wait time. We arrived and were told to wait 45 minutes for the next group though we were told otherwise when booking.
- Buggies were in poor condition. Ours needed replacing due to steering issue. A few others stopped along the way for maintenance motor not starting, seatbelts coming loose.
- Staff were not at all attentive. We were often left to figure out next steps on our own while staff ran off to so other things. They also did not explain how to operate the buggies. Communication between staff and patrons was very poor.
- The "natural pool" is not natural as advertised. It's simply a 4ft deep swimming pool with a man made waterfall. An employee even agreed that their "natural" description is false.response / report this review -

We spent a day at Adventure Park while spending a week in Punta Cana for the holidays. I can not praise enough the staff let alone the amazing time we had while there at the park. We did the buggy ride which was second to none. The reason I say this is because we booked about 5 daily activities throughout Punta Cana during our stay with 3 that consisted with buggy/atv rides. By far Adventure Park was the best. The buggy rides were more personalized (up to 5 buggies/atv per instructor) and span more distance/scenery (beach & tracks). Others had anywhere between 15-25 buggies going single line and very restricted and limited to doing anything fun. The zip lining, zorbing downhill and lunch were exceptional, fun and entertaining. Our party consisted of 2 adults, 8 year old and 14 year old. We loved it and will come back!

Well this was a let down to say the least especially for the $600 the four of us spent. We booked the VIP Polaris side by side excursion with zip lining and an " eco tour to a natural pool". Upon arriving we couldn't get a straight answer on where the lockers were for about 20 minutes. Then we were told we had to zip line first which at the time we thought no big deal. The zip lining were 7 different lines until you did the mega splash. All said and done about 30 minutes total. They said we could Go to the "natural pool". On which there was absolutely no "eco tour" and the only natural thing about the pool were the trees around it, we were also told before zip lining we had to leave everything in the lockers so you had no towels but conveniently they had towels for rent for 3$ a piece. After sitting there for 20 minutes we made our way to the lobby hoping the Polaris were ready, they weren't. We were being reassured they would be in 30 minutes. All the while our bus was picking us up at 1:30 and were told the excursion is about 2 hours. So we had the complimentary lunch which drinks are not included. At this point it's 12 and we were told once again 30 minutes and if we ended up coming back late they would take care of transportation for us. So finally after constantly asking and telling them about our bus ride we were ready to do the Polaris excursion at 1230. The 2 hour excursion took 1 hour and15 minutes. We arrived back at 1:45 to no bus and when I asked the guy he said we missed it and had to wait till 4. I then told him that we were told not to worry transportation would be taken care of if we were late and he argued with me. At that point the bus that had taken us there arrived to drop people off and I said he brought us here can he bring us back. He reluctantly talked to the driver while us 4 and at least 8 other people that had been waiting who also missed the 1:30 bus waited. He then told us, well snapped at us to go with him. After spending $600 and what we got in return felt like a rip off. In my opinion a definite tourist trap. The only good thing was our Polaris guy, he was fun on the excursion, apologized for starting late and for missing the bus. He was the only one willing to help us figure out where we had to be and who to talk to. I would not recommend going here unless you want to stay all day with rip off prices on drinks and an overall feeling of them not caring about what is supposed to be provided to you for what you payed.

Overbooked tour and the consequences we paid for it
While the rating may be a bit harsh it is reality that a few small things add up to ruin a good thing.
Our story begins with a nice ride to the park in a cool van and nice driver. We arrive and check in and take our place for the briefing before our Polaris tour. At that point we are called away with another couple and told we are doing the zip line first and didn’t think anything about it but in hindsight it was obvious they overbooked the tour. When we got to the zip line it should have been a big red flag to me since they were not ready for us and were scrambling. We did the zip line and it was fun and the guides were great.
After that everyone seemed confused that we were doing activities in reverse. We then ate lunch as it was what one of the guides told us to do. The food wasn’t bad but wouldn’t write home about it.
Then we waited some more.
At this point a manager or someone else came and gave us a free ride on the bird thing. That was cool but not something I would pay for.
We then had to wait some more (total of about 1-1.5 hours) until finally the Polaris tour we were supposed to be on came back and we could go. The Polaris tour was very fun and the guide was good but we didn’t make it to the abandoned mine and I kind of feel like it was cut a little short since it was the end of the day.
To top things off when we got back at 4:30 we were told the next shuttle to our hotel was at 6pm. This was the icing on the cake and when I lost my cool and complained like a madman. We finally made enough of a stink that they arranged some shuttles for the groups that got bumped off our original tour. I would highly recommend that you never let them bump you unless you want to waste half a day waiting. No one explained to us what was going on when we were bumped and I believe it is because they knew I would want my money back and a ride back to my resort.response / report this review -

When we arrived to this park there was many people to greet us. Some of the staff spoke fairly good English. We are Canadian so this is important to us. All of the activities we choose were fun and safe and the equipment well cared for. They even clean the helmets between use so you don't wear someone else's sweat! I can tell you they don't do that in Canada! NOBODY was pushy and tried to sell us something. This was super appreciated since we read other reviews that said this. We found those reviews to be false. We even declined the pictures at the end and they gave us an email to purchase our pic's later if we changed our mind.
The park was not busy and we found it quite deserted. The staff only goes to an activity when they get the call on their walkie talkie. Then the whole staff is there! Its quite humorous. The mapping system is not the greatest. If you want to go see something like the crocodiles without a guide it's easy to get lost. So a few friendly faces around the park pointing you in the right direction would be nice. The path is quite narrow allowing for single file walking.
When we did our splash down zip line, the rigging lines and equipment all looked well cared for. However, I noted rust on the ladder climbing up and felt the railings were a little wimpy on the platforms. Just something for park management to take note of. Also the Presedente beer was the most expensive in all DR! $5 US each.
I would recommend going to the park when they first open. There is a mid day lag in the scheduling of activities and it was explained to us that the staff was on lunch. If you arrive after lunch you may feel rushed and not get in all your activities.
All said I really enjoyed my time at the Bavaro Adventure Park and the activities we chose: zipline splash down, bungee trampoline and horeback were awesome! A special thank you goes out to Junior for his extra attention and care during our visit. Gracious Amigo!response / report this review -

I just returned from a trip to Punta Cana. We visited Bavaro Adventure Park with a group of 19! We had an absolute blast!!! Our group did a variety of things because everyone did not have to do the same activities. We did Segway, Zorbing, Flight Simulator, horseback riding, zip line, and the buggies. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and enjoy what they do. I can't say enough about Alexandra in Sales and Marketing, make sure you contact her to arrange your trip. So go and see Alexandra, Valdez, Coral, Jersey, Maria, Gabriel, and the rest of the crew.

If you trust a bunch of grimey people with your life and want them to take your money and then not give you what you pay for, this is the place. Showed up here hundreds of dollars later to find out some of the attractions were closed and they wouldn't refund us our money. To top things off, they were unprofessional and unhelpful. I visited many islands and countries around the globe and this place does not compare to the others.. They need to work on their customer service. If you're purchasing food, beverages or souvenirs, you need to also ask for your change, or it won't be given (they assume the change is theirs).. Strange. They also have a sign indicating that cameras and cell phones are not allowed for safety reasons; however, don't allow it at all in the park for the mere fact they want to sell you pictures they capture and don't want you to take your own. Excursions are about having a balance of fun and safety, while also being able to trust the people who host you and who you're paying- there was no integrity or proper customer service here. Biggest complaint is i pirchased a video of my ziplining and it cost $40 usd and it doesn't play on a DVD player it's an mp4 format so only plays on computer. I would not have wasted my money on it. Most laptops don't even have a dvd in them. Useless to me now
I had a good time probably a little too expensive then it should be. Plus the webite acts like you can pick either all day 3 or 5 activitys and you think you have a choice of the 15 things but that is not true. Its by level if you buy 3 adventures you get one from the low level one from medium and 1 from intense.response / report this review
