Everything about this place was bad. Food, service, facilities, guests. We were the only Americans there. Poor food quality and selections. Everything closes early. Rooms weren't cleaned daily. Towels for the beach were old and had holes. Liquor cheap and drinks watery and nasty. Rooms damp from condensation on the air conditioner. Snacks in the gift shop were expired. Beach not combed and cleaned at night. Front desk unorganized for check in/out. No shower curtin or sliding door, water got all over the floor from shower. "Mini bar" water bottles refilled, bottle was crunchy from being reused multiple times. Only two beers in minibar. Some friendly staff members on the property but mostly rude. Hospitality is poor.
