BACARDI Seafood Restaurant is my favorite on Cayo Levantado island.
I've been living in Samana for over 7 years and been eating at this seafood restaurant since then. Alex, the owner always greet me warmly and shows me the catch of the day so that i can choose my own fresh fish nicely grilled with garlic and served with salad, rice and beans.
Truly delicious meal for about $9 USD ( 400 pesos ).
And he's got a fabulous location right by the beach and ocean.
