You cannot beat the value you get for this transportation service. 400 pesos to get to Punta Cana and the dropped us off right in front of our resort.

For first timers, get there early. We got there at 6:15a for the 7:00a bus. If no one is at the window to buy your ticket, grab a number for EACH passenger, this is holding your place in line. The teller will announce numbers in order and will allow you to buy your tickets. Pay in CASH. When you go out to board, tell the luggage attendant where you are exiting so he can put the luggage in correct spot for easier unloading. Hang on to your bus ticket & luggage tags because they will collect them later. After the stop at PUJ airport, one of the attendants willl ask all remaining riders where to be dropped off.

Chairs are comfortable, have access to USB charging in each row, WiFi on bus, played 2 movies in Spanish.

Los autobuses son muy cómodos. Deberían de mejorar en el aspecto de compras de tickets por internet, su página web es informativa pero creo que mejorarían mucho si fuera posible comprar tickets por internet y evitar tener que llegar una hora antes a comprar. Considero que deberían de ofrecer el viaje gratis desde el aereopuerto de Punca Cana hacia la parada de Bavaro Express, hay muchos viajeros que pasan trabajo tratando de trasladarse hacia la parada en transporte público, lo que hacen es quedarse en la parada Bavaro-Higuey para economizarse tiempo e incomodidad. El taxi fuera otra opción pero son super caros.
