  The best of the best!
  
  Family owned, the staff are only college graduates.
  
  My insurance rented me a Hyundai after an accident. (Very nice model).
  
  When it got a flat tire, the upgraded me to a Dodge Grand Caravan built in January of 2018!
  
  (No wonder I have been renting only from them for over 35 years!)

  Great service! I'm not sure why so many people here complain?? Walked in at 10pm, was out by 10.20 with the much better car I even hoped for! Customer service clerk (think u Harry!!!) was helpful, patient with allll my questions and requests and tried his best to make sure I leave happy! Thank u this service @LGA!

  I had reservation with Avis, our flight landed at 20:39. Avis should have open until 21:00. Due to delay and long passport control I came inside the car rental building at 21:05 but no one was there. I called the number from my reservation and no one picked up. I had to rent car from other rental company for one day and come back the other day for my originally rented car from Avis. I called next day and lady on the phone told me she was already home at 21:05 yesterday 🧐 (Other car rental companies were waiting for their customers) What more, she told she don’t even have my car which I reserved! That is unbelievable! Don’t book with Avis. I found local rental company which offer better prices and they provide better service that this world wide brand.

  Service was amazing! Awesome customer service, I definitely recommend Geronimo Acevedo he was really good help. This is not my first visit to the agency and I got to say that’s it’s the first time that I feel comfortable renting a car at Avis. Ask for Geronimo you won’t be disappointed !
