This company has no idea how to do anything right. The first time I went to them, I sat down for 45 minutes before someone said hi to me, then another 45 minutes and no one even asked me what I needed to get fixed. Every time I would try to ask for help they said just wait someone would be there in 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. The second time I had to send someone to get 2 estimates to fix 2 different things on my car. They send 0 estimates back and said they would call me. Two weeks later they called me and told me everything was ready and I could just come and drop of my car to be fixed. I showed up it took them 30 minute to start talking to me, then they did not have 1 of my estimates at all, so that part of my car was not going to get fixed, the second estimate was wrong, they had the wrong parts in it. They told me to leave my car anyways and said they would give me a rental. The rental car they gave me is smaller than my car I told them I needed a big car because I have a big family and they said there was nothing they could do. When they gave me my rental car I saw 2 bigger cars in the rental lot right next to the car they gave me. The last day for the rental is a Sunday,and they are closed so I cannot drop the rental car off at the same location I am getting my car fixed. They did say I could drop off the Car on the other side of town though, and that they would only charge me for every hour that I was late. I would not be surprised if they asked me to come in and fix the car myself.

Horrible experiencia. Primero duraron casi un mes diciendo que estaban pidiendo ciertas piezas de importación para arreglar el vehículo. Luego de esperar todo ese tiempo, me dicen que no aparece una pieza y que van a arreglar la pieza chocada. En ese momento pregunté que cuándo iba a estar listo el carro y me dieron una fecha. Un mes después de la fecha que me habían dicho, todavía no estaba listo el carro.

Finalmente me entregaron el carro luego de 3 meses de haberlo ingresado al taller. Me lo entregaron con la batería y el aire dañado (los 2 estaban bien al momento de ingresar el carro). El carro ni siquiera encendía por sí solo cuando me lo entregaron, y el taller no tomó ninguna responsabilidad de esto.

Además de esto, era yo que tenia que llamar constantemente para saber el estatus del carro. Aún cuando pasaba el tiempo prometido de entrega, no me llamaban para darme una explicación. Ni siquiera cuando el carro estuvo listo me llamaron, yo fui que tuve que llamar cada dia para saber si estaba listo.

En resumen, es un taller irresponsable y poco eficiente. Está de más decir que mientras dependa de mí no volveré a utilizar sus servicios.

Muy mala experiencia con este taller. 6 meses después aún me encontraba peleando el arreglo de mi vehículo. Me entregaron el vehículo incompleto , con desperfectos, con retraso en la entrega. Puedo decir que no fui el único porque cada vez que iba al taller me encontraba con uno o dos clientes insatisfecho, que exigían arreglo luego de haberse llevado su carro a casa o exigían que le devolvieran su dinero o su carro como estaba. Tuve que llamar a proconsumidor y hasta la superintendencia de seguros para poder resolver y al final se me tuvo que reasignar otro taller. Pena debe de dar que aún continúe abierto.
