  Do not use this bank!!! Very unprofessional and they are clueless financially. They don't have multiple branches, so they aren't conviniently located. We had large amount of money in 3month CD set up for reinvestment for ~3years. Never received a statement and going on 3months since I closed account and still haven't received documents proving compounding principle every 3months and taxes paid. Though I've been back to the branch three times, they still can't get it together. They keep trying to hand me a ~yearly taxes paid only page.

  Excelente banco! El unico problema es que uno pierde demasiado tiempo ahí. Deben hacer sucursales, ya esta bueno de uno estar perdiendo tanto tiempo de sus valiosos dias, vamos a ver si se ponen en eso, porque si no se ponen para eso van a perder a muchos clientes, he visto ya a varios quejandose de lo mismo. Y al menos yo, no tengo ninguna otra queja sobre este banco porque es 100% fiable.

  Hola, verda es que fui con mi esposo y esperamos 3 largas horas y eso fue de mal gusto deberían hacer más sucursales para que los clientes tengan más facilidad a la hora de hacer sus transaciones he ido varias veces y el Banco tienes la misma cantidad de personal y ya creo que el Banco tienes muchos clientes creo que ya es hora de expandirse eso creo Yo .
