I suggest not to go alone, go with someone that know that place, those people treat you well but behind of that face they gonna stole ur value stuff$$$$ and make excuse that the camera doesn work jsut tonight etcthe manager is a stupid, pretending being genius but an ashole. i lost a couple rolez there and i know those of his employee did it. even my iphone and ipadthey gonna take advantage on you if u r new in that place, even if u r from outside of that country..in spanish ..me robaron mis rolex , iphone, y mi ipda y el manager poniendo xcusas k las camara solo funcionan de noche. eso es lo mas estupido que he escuchado de un idiota como el. pero entendi que todo ellos son ladronesno vayen a ese sitio.hay corrupcion.

Horrible Management! I stood 5 nights 6 days, the elevator didn't work and I had a stroller, my baby bag with personal items was stolen from inside the hotel because I was forced to go down a small rickety spiral staircase! The security cameras were not working, security is only available at night, the management was disrespectful and didn't even attempt to change accommodations considering the elevator was not working and I had a baby. I lost 4 vacation days because of this helltel!
The food was decent but not that good and the air conditioner worked that's the only positive thing I can think about this hotel..response / report this review -
