I love this store it has everything one would need to build a house and furnish it from the garage go the bathroom.to the kitchen and all it's necessities .. A Home Depo / Walmart / City Furniture and liguor store ..lol..

Very good selection of hardware for any kind of house work and carpentry projects. Very complete option for shopping. The supermarket is a little pricier than the competition, but it saves you time if you are looking to save time when you have to shop for many different things.

I bought 3 a/c units. The units are ok, but the service was terrible. They promised to deliver the units in 2 days and they arrived 4 days after that. Their installer is a company called Frankelly. The installers were unpolite, kind of abusive (no limits between them and the customer, asking personal questions and throwing indirect comments) they were very unpunctual and they got mad when I claimed for that. Very bad attitude from them.
The installation was inclided, but I agreed to pay RD $4.500 because it was a complicated installation and finally they charged almost RD $10.000. I paid because I just wanted them to leave.
So my conclusion: the store is good, but they are disorganized with the deliveries and they should change their partners for installation otherwise they will lose clients. At least I'm not buying from them anymore
Mal servicio, impuntuales, mala actitud de los instaladores, mala calidad de la instalacion. Pesimo servicio. No vuelvo a comprar ahi. La tardanza en la entega quizas la pudiera tolerar, pero la mala actitud, la impuntualidad y la viveza de los instaladores no.
Hay tantas opciones en la ciudad para comprar que de verdad no hay por qué aguantar esta.response / report this review -

If you plan to build something handcrafted you should think to visit Almacenes Unidos, they have all the tools and hardware for home and industry.
