Excellent!!! We went on the Los Haitises Tour and Patricia was very knowledgeable. She spoke French and another guide spoke English and Spanish. The Tour was really well organized: bus picked us up at our hotel, coffee before going on the boat, puncho were provided for the few rain drops we got, two shots of rhum, visited three caves, awesome food for lunch in the BEAUTIFUL venue Cano Hondo, swam in natural springs, bus dropped us back at our hotel. Really amazing!! Well worth the money. Merci Patricia!!!

We had a great time with Wilson on a trip to Los Haitises! He was extremely informative on his tour and spoke 3 languages.
The owner of the business was flexible when we thought we could pay with a credit card, but could not.
Only complaint was the driver to the boat. He drove like a lunatic!

This lady is a cheater! Do not go with her!!! On friday we bought a trip to Los Haitises (extremely expensive!) which started today (Monday). Unfortunately I was really sick (food poisoning) in the night Sunday to Monday. I got up at 7 am and felt terrible. We had no idea what to do and decided to write to this lady on whats up. We wrote a message in which we wanted to cancel the trip and asked about the money return. She did not answer so we were afraid that she will not return money to us so I put myself up and even feeling horrible I decided to do the trip. We wrote her on whats up that we are going. At 8 am we were waiting in front of our hotel. We waited an hour and nobody came!!! We tried to call her but she did not answer!!! Fortunately a lady from our reception called her and it turned out that she did not read our second message because she did not have internet!!! She even did not try to contact with us or check at our hotel what is happening!!! She had our room number so she should have check what is happening at our reception! So she went on the trip without us! What is the worst she returned us only half amount of money!!! Why? I do not understand because it was mainly her fault! She just does not care about her guests! It was horrible day not only because of my sickness but also because of this cheating lady! Choose the Flora Tours they are more reliable and responsible!

Nous avons effectué 2 excursions avec Aréna Tours:Les Haities et les baleines.Au départ , notre choix pour Aréna Tours a été influencé par l'accueil et les explications qui nous ont été fournis sur le lieu de vente.Les excursions se sont très bien passées .Tout s'est déroulé comme prévu et les horaires ont été respectés.Pour les Haities, Patricia nous a guidé sur tout le trajet et a fourni les explications au fur et à mesure de notre progression sur le site.Tout était OK.Pour les baleines, nous avions la chance d'avoir un bateau très confortable et en plus de vrais pros des baleines à bord.C'était super , d'autant plus qu'il faisait très beau et que la mer était calme.Je recommande cette agence.
