Absolutely rubbish. They don't deserve any stars at all for their incompetent service.
The stupid booking agent surely must of known that a visitor's entry form stating 6 months MUST HAVE A VISA. F*@#$£g Fool.
He asked hor 6 weeks only but was ignored
