This place is baller!! The folks on the food are spot on! The rooms are easy and simple and even after Maria they've been up and running and I really loved my time there this January!! Can't wait to go back!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the guest kitchen on the roof is great, with a gorgeous view out to the ocean. Having lunch or dinner there is tasty and affordable, and the chef was very easy about making me a vegan plate instead of ant of the main dishes on offer. It has power and WiFi and is open, which is pretty amazing considering the devastating hurricane that hit the island not long ago. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bed was terrible (though luckily our room had 2 beds plus a roll out, so we squeezed onto the large twin rollout) and the door locks aren't all working properly. But overall, a great place to stay close to Roseau!

Highly recommended! We stayed at this guest house in December 2017 (i.e. after hurricane Maria).
The place is very nice although some areas were still under construction and repair (the pool, jetty etc). The best thing about this place are the owners. So friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi driver/guide who took us to Freshwater Lake and Boeri Lake for hiking. They cook fantastic dinner and breakfast. They also have a bar and we had really good nights with the owners, locals and other travelers there. If you are not in doubt whether to go after Maria, please do not hesitate.response / report this review -

Bel endroit personnel sympa et à l'écoute, simple mais confortable une vue génial, penser à mettre une échelle au ponton pour remonter depuis la mer, promis on reviendra

Il faut savoir ce que l'on cherche.
Si nous avions voulu un séjour raffiné à Roseau nous serions allés au Fort Young.
Avec nos enfants et notre petit-fils de 5 ans pour un séjour de 10 jours nous avons fait le choix d'un établissement des plus simples.
Nous croisons des randonneurs passionnés avec lesquels nous partageons des expériences de voyages autour d'un rhum sur la terrasse cuisine équipée installée sur une terrasse à l'étage.
Il est vrai que cette guest house est un peu vieillotte, mais les chambres sont propres bien que manquant d'aménagement. La gentillesse du personnel compense les petits inconvénients.
Il suffit de demander pour prendre les repas sur la terrasse face à la mer.
Le rapport qualité -prix est très correct.
Une adresse sympa pour un séjour sans façons.

Hôtel bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Ce qui donne un accès direct à cette dernière par le ponton pour se baigner. Possibilité de boire un verre au bar au rez de chaussée. La chambre est spacieuse, simple et propre. Prévoyez vos effets d'hygiène personnels (savons ou gels douche, dentifrice). Bon petit déjeuner à prendre tranquillement en regardant l'océan ; )

It is nice view from the terase in the night, but otherwise not so nice place. The room was clean, but not cozy. They have a small pool, but area around is not very nice. And I was looking forward for a life music that thay promised on their description, but when I asked about it, they said there are no life music longer there :( disapointing
