  Excellent local and homade cuisine. Best fried chicken ever. The owner is also an professionnal jambee handcrafted artist and an alchimist of bush rhum or peanuts punch.
  
  You will meet friendly locals Dominican always ready to help you. I booked a back pickup ride ans had the most amazing guided tour in a lifetime. Ask Tokyo and DJ Poisson to be your guide and driver.
  
  Patrick his a real chef and a trustable person. Stop by on the road to Emerald Pool and say your come on Vincent recommandation to start conversatin with locals.
