During my visit to Dominica, I went diving with JC Ocean Adventures. On a one day trip, we visited the Boulder Heaven and Rose Garden dive sites. Since Dominica is not (yet) a popular tourist destination, diving here is in small groups and friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The rental equipment is well-maintained and in good conditions. The guides judge the attention you need from your diving experience. I really could do my 'own thing' here and had a great day out.
