  This establishment has robbed me of $500 over their cancellation policy. I made a reservation in the morning hours of July 18 on my phone, cancelled it about 30 minutes later after my mother phoned to say my 3 year old was not doing well, not eating and running away to the pool where they were staying. I immediately sent a cancellation request and placed over 30 phone calls to Calibishie Lodges from my local Dominican number. They never answered. Even after I left I had a friend try to contact them. Nothing. After returning home I initiated a dispute through my credit card company. Finally, after 4 months and countless phone calls I was told that I was considered a NO SHOW and would not be refunded. DO NOT MAKE ONLINE RESERVATIONS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. SUPER DISHONEST BUSINESS.
