I've lived here for about 6 months while attending Ross. Overall, very nice. Energy efficient and spacious. All the expected amenities included such as dishes and silverware. 3x/week cleaning (MWF) included in rent. On Site laundry service, nice pool and pool deck/gazebo. 24 HR gate security. Only issues I've had is an ant problem, which I've corrected with a can of raid and some time (still annoying) and a lack of shelving, which I fixed by buying some hanging drawers from wal mart before returning to Dom and putting those in the quite large closet.
