We are dedicated to honour the roots of yoga and therefore we offer courses that go beyond the idea that yoga is only physical. Through our 50 hour trainings, 4-week courses and shorter workshops you'll be introduced to a whole range of practices from the yoga tradition. Our regular weekly classes always contain breath work, awareness training, mantra, mudra and nuggets of philosophy.
