There are always extremly long lines for changing rooms and checkstand. Even when the lines for the (female) fitting rooms are insane, the employees will not let you use fitting rooms in other sections (kids, men), even though they are empty. Time to change that.

The clothes are fairly fashionable and quite cheap but of poor quality. The worst thing about this store is that it's quite cramped, the employees are far too busy and there are always long lines at the fitting rooms and at the counter.

The store is big, 4 floors and it has everything from kids, to women and men, however, around sales time store becomes incredibly crowded, even if you go during the day time on the weekday. Waiting line to dressing room is anywhere around 15min and the checkout is even worse 15-20min. There clothes and hangers everywhere, even on the floor so you literally have to step over. Sometimes you can even see a piles of clothes on the floor. Pretty rare view for Zara store.

Great design acceptable prices, polite staff. What I like the most the perfumes with long lasting nice smell at a good price. I always find a treasure between the limited editions.

Zara does not sell niece suits anymore. Only small sizes available so I gues they have not figured out that danes are bigger than spanish people. Or they are simply poor at forecasting. Fabrics of high value for money.

Good store but the service is really bad.They really dont care when you ask them about something and have a bad attitude. And some of them dont even speak the native language.
