People my husband had a pleasure to deal with were extremly rude. Didn't want to solve the problem, or to be honest do their job. We had all the needed documents required to solve our case connected with driving license anyway, they few times refused to copy them and send wherever it had to go. I understand that Danish citiziens may be previllaged to Poles, but if you work in government institution this shouldn't take place. Especially if someone doubts that person from Poland may have permition to stay or is allowed to do their driving license in DK.
