  High-end food hall selling food for takeaway, some food to eat there, and produce, meat, fish, cheese, wine, etc. A few places will prepare foods to eat there, including the fish monger who makes amazing fish and chips (so say my kids!). Outdoor seating but only a few seats inside along the windows.

  Cool place for a quick meal , coffee and deserts. A few places for groceries , meats and seafood. All enclosed and warm. I enjoy the choices and wish I could try everything.

  Loads of amazing little stores with variety of foods. Super fresh and delicious oysters.
  If you want to eat something at the market try to remember most of the stores offer cold dishes and only few will serve you something hot.

  The go-to place for foodies in Copenhagen. Best and biggest food market in town. Anything food related you can find in Denmark, you will find here at its best. Both fresh produce, take-away meals, chocolates and pastries and anything in between

  Really cool place! It reminded me of Reading Terminal Market or Chelsea Market, with the added quality of being somewhat open air. The outdoor seating could have been cleaned a bit better, but maybe we caught it at an awkward time.

  A collection of stalls in two small halls and some outside stalls as well. A wide variety of delicious foods, drinks and groceries. You can enjoy coffee, french food, sushi, italian and much more. Not enough organic stuff but still worth a visit.

  I love walking through this market space and discovering new little shops around. I feel like no matter how often I go in, I always see something new. The shops are premium and so definitely pricey but that is the vibe of this place. I personally don't mind the prices as the products are good. Attention is paid to details and atmosphere and the people are very happy to help you.

  This is one of the nicest food halls and markets I have visited. For dining, there is a wide variety of Danish and international food, healthy and vegan to meaty and hearty. Many places have a wide variety of wines and beers as well. We found it a wonderful place since you could sample so many different things and ended up eating here several times during the few days we spent in Copenhagen.
  
  This is also an excellent market to buy gifts for someone, which we took full advantage of. Seating Friday afternoon throughout the weekend can be challenging during season as this is a popular and can be very crowded place.

  Very good food. Not very allergy friendly but with a bit of luck all is well Chicken is delicious and highly recommended. So are the rosemary fries. Good atmosphere, especially in the summer. Nice terrace. Good wine + drinks as well.

  One of my favorite places in Copenhagen, so many shops and things to try. Definitely a must visit if you're in Copenhagen. They have lots of different kinds of food you can get. Very convenient and a cool place.

  Just loved it! This is no doubt the best food market in CPH. Local food, Mediterranean food, Asian food, you name it! Go there early, so that you could have a bunch free samples as your afternoon appetizer!

  Market halls that has a good ballance of delicatessen-, artisan-, luxury takeaway- and over the counter eatery-stalls. All very high quality and delicious. Very pricey though.

  Fantastic market. They have excellent products to buy to prepare or tapas and dishes. Great wine selection. They also sell chocolates, vegetables, fish and flowers. Amazing market!

  At Torvehallerne (market halls) you will find the trendy combination of a farmers market, specialty and deli shops, coffee corners and eateries, more common in the modern European cities. The emphasis lays more on the take-away than fresh fruit and vegetables. Special products and good quality. In Copenhagen, so a bit expensive. The little seating inside is inconvenient in wintertime. Many picnic tables outside though
