  This place is extremely expensive. Prices are much higher than any other dentist in central Copenhagen. I spent almost 2000 kr without having started the treatment. First consultation evaluation + photos: 580kr. Second consultation to which I would start the treatment, after an unsuccessful attempt at the channel, I was informed that I should look for a specialist, but consultation without treatment cost 1500kr. They gave me a blank invoice to pay, without any description of the service. I asked the assistant for a new invoice (with a description of the services) she informed me that she was busy, but I could call to the clinic and request by phone. So I called because my insurance didn’t accept the blank invoice that they gave and the clinic told me that they couldn’t give me a new invoice. They made up several excuses for not giving me a new one. One of the excuses was that the dentist had charged for a procedure called a “free” procedure and that she did not have a description for this service. In this free procedure, she charged the amount she thought was fair for her fees and wouldn’t be able to put the description on the invoice. In the last attempt, the same dentist told me that she couldn’t believe that I was calling so much to ask a new invoice only to have 200kr refund of my insurance.
  I tried to talk to the owner of the clinic several times, without success. The clinic has no respect for the patient. I spoke with some patients from that same dentist and they advised me to never start a treatment, without documenting the budget. In addition, my advice is don’t pay blank invoices. Honestly, I hope you don't go through for what I did.

  This is now the second time I visit Therese, extremely sweet and friendly dentist. Good description of the work done and incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.
  I'm so glad I changed dentists hope she's the last one.

  Had to go for an emergency treatment. Was one of the best dental treatment experience in my life. Very professional and friendly. Explained every step of the treatment. Highly recommended. Thank you Therese.
