I brought some keys to a vehicle and even brought some uncut key items with me. One of the items brought did not fit and that is what it is, - but the clerk spent time finding another item that could fit, - but to no avail. I then got cut 2 keys on items I had brought myself. To pay 240 kr for this !!!! when I asked how it could cost 240 kr for cutting 2 keys where I even had the items with me he said the following: you do not pay for the machine but my time I have spent here
It's pure theft and embezzlement and I'm not a returning customer, I can say now

No professional pride - AND NOTHING TO HAVE IT IN

Certainly did not deserve as much as a single star, but I have to give it to notify City Locks. There are a few things to be prepared for when contacting the City Locks. You must be aware that it is you who pays, what it costs, that the City Locks apparently do not have employees who are competent enough to solve a simple task at the first visit. You must also be prepared to pay any unreasonable amount that may fit the City Locks to charge you, for pickup of parts, anywhere and otherwise without prior arrangement. You must be aware that the bill probably does not match the scope of the assignment and that it is your own problem at all, because it was you who called them. In other words, you should not expect to be met with neither professional pride nor anything that can be confused with good customer service and hospitality. Our recommendation; Call somewhere else!
