We must have hit a bad day if one is to look at how high their rating otherwise is.
We had to buy a bed and live close to the 7 heavens, so that was obvious. When we enter, the (store manager) is sitting at his table, not saying hello or anything.
We walk around and look a little at room level and walk past the office which is in the middle of the store, he only looks up when I myself comment on the beautiful office (with gold wallpaper) and answer briefly.
We go into the basement and look and there is no one coming and asking for help or anything, nothing. We look for a 10min and decide to go.
We go up, just past him again, without him saying anything, and only answer "goodbye" when we say goodbye.
Maybe we hit a bad day, maybe we did not look like someone who would spend money on a proper bed, but we had probably bought one with just a little bit of goodwill from him SUPER bad service, or lack of the same. Arrogant, or just indifferent, I do not know.
