Stayed here for attending a wedding. Great location. Staffs at the bar and wedding were nice and friendly but not the reception staffs, that’s why i gave 4 stars instead of 5. The breakfast is expected as most nice hotels should have. The indoor seating is too dark for breakfast but why bother to sit indoors when they have gorgeous outdoor seating? (If the weather allows)

My family stayed at Marienlyst in July and being in this hotel was a beautiful experience. The strand overlooking the sea was breathtakingly lovely and there was enough grounds for my boy to run around. Our room has a great view, and the hallway end has a spectacular site of the Kronborg Castle. Breakfast was extensive and sumptuous. Lastly, one should try their restaurant menu: the food is as amazing as the hotel itself. I ordered seafood and I couldn't get over it. Their chef also has a secret recipe for the mashed potato. Amazing experience!

Very nice location, with gorgeous views of Øresund and Sweden. A nice blend of modern and traditional beach decor. Restaurants in the hotel are very good, the breakfast buffet is quite good.
The rooms are very cool, but lack in some details: no phone, shower curtain is too high (allowing splashing onto floor), no AC (though rarely if ever needed), no internal door lock.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with great service, good food and a really nice atmosphere. The bedrooms were lovely, with nice views and balconies. Views of the beach, ocean and castle really made it very picturesque. High end of the price scale, but worth the stay. Food and beer is expensive though, and there are some lovely places in the town.

This hotel is really good. Reception and services are good. The inside of the hotel is very beautiful. My bedroom has a bath and view on the town. Breakfast is good. I recommend it.

Superb hotel with fantastic beach views looking over to Sweden. Staff are excellent and the rooms and lounge areas are great for relaxing. Great for a weekend break, also has the addition of a casino. 10 minute walk from town, train and ferry station. Ferry runs 24/7 to Sweden. Trains run every 20 minutes from Copenhagen airport.
