  Arriva Tog ticket office is open monday to friday 06:05-17:05. Moreover two ticket machines (danish/english) and a rejsekort/travel card machine (danish/english). There is a waiting room (open 05:00-00:15) with a pay toilet, a shelter, 2 lifts and consequently wheelchair access. Car parking, secure (anual fee) & non secure (free) bicycle parking. Electronic information displays for trains & buses. City and regional buses also arrive at / depature from Silkeborg Station (Trafikterminalen).
