Only place to go for my BMW M5 parts. ANDREW is the man, wow does he know his stuff too!! Parts here in NZ are so expensive, I dont mind the dealer installing everything, I just refuse to pay NZ DEALER rates. First purchased brakes and pads and then a short time after I purchased more parts. Thanks AM and thanks SCHMIEDMANN

First I received the wrong partit happens. I tried to return the part through their website and needed my account number which I did not have. I tried to contact Schmeidmann directly and never got any response. I opened a dispute through paypal due to no contact from Schmeidmann even though I sent them multiple emails to multiple addresses. I then received a denial from Schmeidmann for a refund stating they were unable to get through to my email. I wrote back fine, send me a RMA number so I can return these parts for an exchange or refund..no response. I suggested they converse with me through Paypal if they were still having problems with my email even though I received 2 of their newsletters during this processno response. I escalated the case to a claim and was awarded one through Paypal if I returned the parts. I paid a total of $110 including shipping for two $37 parts. It was going to cost over $450 to ship them back!!! Paypal worked out a partial refund for me due to the crazy shipping cost. Still no contact from Schmeidmann at all. Beware this company. I've since read multiple post about how bad they are if there is ever a problem with their parts. If people will not buy from them then maybe they will slide off the face of the planet. Hooray for Paypal for stepping up and taking care of their customers. What do you want to bet they get a hold of me or Paypal when they see the charge back Paypal will be sending them?
