  Super bad service, sends reminders and collection notices even though payment has been made. Do not respond to mail and the phone has a very long response time.

  I rented a room which was supposed to be "tempered" and without moisture.. My large corner sofa is now ruined by moisture. There was mold on it and a huge shield has appeared on the sofa. The man I have spoken to is impossible to get in touch with, and when I did, he is unbelievably rude and does not want to take responsibility in any way. He even claims that the damage was already on the sofa beforehand. He wants to pay half the price of the sofa, which I can't use for anything, as my sofa is ready to be thrown away. The moving company that picked up my things in Them found that my things were stored cold and damp - which was NOT what I paid for!!!
