lovely meal at a reasonable price for copenhage. Steak was perfect and tasty and the open salad bar is also good. would definitely return.

We went to the Ostebro branch on a Saturday night at 9.30 with three children after a theatre .
We had called and booked during the day and to say it was a 12th birthday.
We arrived and the whole place was empty bar one table . The waitress was expecting us but not children and not for a birthday so no flag on the table. That was ok. She asked the children's age as my daughter who wS 12 is tall but another friend turned 13 2dsts earlier was not allowed the children's menu . We said but that's what we want and she insisted despite our protestations that she was no longer 'entitled' as she was 13 even if her birthday had been two days ago. So the birthday dinner meant 2 if them sat with the children's books and crayons and the other without she ordered the same meal of ribs but she left half of hers and we had to take it home in a doggy bag.
I am a vegetarian so ordered the mac cheese. Was not told it was a tiny side order . It was oven dried out and pretty sad frankly .
It was simply a very bad experience and the unfriendly lack of customer service means we will never ever go back there again. My daughter loves spare ribs but we will never go back there again it was a ridiculous situation all because they wanted a kid to eat an adult menu . At the end of the day why should they care you pay less and get less . We ended up paying more and our dogs ate it when we got home. Ridiculous people!!!response / report this review -

Went for all you can eat ribs, but the time it took for the ribs to arrive after ordering next batch resulted in us leaving before I was full. Remember to order 2 sides of ribs on refills, otherwise you'll get one small side of ribs and a 20 minutes wait for the next to arrive after you have gotten your waiter's attention

Not the coziest or most stylish restaurant around, but their beefs are amazing. Decent service. Not fast, but friendly. Will go back!
