Sorry but not good. Yes its food, and thats it. All meat way overcooked. Nothing like the sign they put outside. Some was dry.

Food was great and a smart departure from the usual Brazilian steakhouse where they bring the meat to you. With Flammen you would go to their meat bar and get as much whenever you want. Got to sample about 10 varieties of beef, lamb and veal plus at least another 5 with pork. The salad bar was complete and fresh looking with great looking andntasting bread varieties. Decor is casual and modern with a slight US country flavor. Parking was as needed. Note that they do NOT offer tap water like most will expect from the US. We spent $10 For 1.5l of water and that was still not enough for the 4 of us. Again this is typical of many places so ensure you are fully hydrated before or prepare to lay a ton. Otherwise value for actual meal was good compared to alternatives. We rather enjoyed the food and the experience.

Small-chain restaurant that prides itself with having 15 different types of meat and 50 different options on the salad-bar, all for a fixed price all-you-can-eat (drinks excluded). We had a nice time trying all the different types of (well prepared) meat although sizes could be a big bigger.

The concept is simple: A large buffet of salad, cold and warm foods and a carvery with at least 15 different meats. Quality is generally good and meats include both classic cuts of beef and pork as well as less common options such as venison and kangaroo on this particular day. Staff friendly and price very reasonable. Would recommend not going for all-inclusive option as this is unlikely to be worth it.

A good buffet with lots of meat. The place itself could be more nice and cozy but on the other hand the employees are very friendly and helpful.
