Definitely the best hotel to stay at if you're in Billund for a few days, restaurant is very nice and friendly staff. Supermarket across the street which came in handy.

After 3 days at lalandia restaurants, this was a great return to fine dining. Excellent staff. Great exquisite meals. Wonderful gastro store at the hotel with local specialties you can take home.

My mom stayed at this hotel and it was the absolutely worst experience.

She came to the hotel during the day and asked for room service and to been woken up at 4am to get to the airport in Billund. She was in her 70s and needed help and they promised to wake her up and arrange taxi. She was surprised to hear there would be zero personnel after 10pm. At 4am she woke up from her own alarm. She got no call, no message, no wake up call as promised. It was 4am in the morning and she was completely alone. No other guests on her floor at the hotel. She had to get her suitcases herself out and stood crying outside waiting for the taxi and not knowing if it was not ordered like the call. the taxi came but if she had not woken up herself she very likely would have missed the taxi. What kind of hotel treats people like this? Service and responsibility was the worst. She would have missed her plane to Amsterdam and the plane to the US. Never again!!!

Perfect for families. Very clean and modern, lovely staff. It's now called "Billund Refborg" and google maps name and associated photo of the hotel's outside are not up to date, please refresh.
