Had an amazing oat milk flat white (ask for it, even though it’s not on the menu, the staff is super flexible and friendly!), definitely one of my fav. cafes in CPH!

Had amazing V60 pour over iced coffee. They really know their stuff, accounting for the amount of water in the ice in their pour over ratio to make sure you’re not getting just watered down coffee.

Look out for the indie magazine shop at the back of the coffee shop. They are a bit snobby about letting you flip through them, but the top-quality filter coffee makes up for it

The best-kept secret here is their interpretation of the classic Italian afternoon pick-me-up, affogato: Prolog pours their coffee over soft serve ice-cream and tops it with grated chocolate.
