  Clever concept, taking inspiration from top kitchens around the world and riffing on their menus. Had the 5 course, was delicious. Great service, slightly strange decor, but would recommend.

  We went there, nice evening and we actuelly liked the food, but next day we had a fish poisening, which was a drama, as we normally had to leave next day to Kopenhagen, but due to our sickness it was impossible😪

  Outstanding dining experience. The chefs here combine their own Nordic gastronomic delights with other dishes that are copied with love from the 50 greatest restaurants in the world. Faithfully reproduced, you can enjoy some of the top dishes in the world without leaving Aarhus. The outstanding sommelier recommended excellent by-the-glass wines to accompany each plate. There are several menus here - 3, 5 and 7 course. I thought the 7 course would be too much, and went for the 5 course. My only disappointment was in missing the extra plates on the larger menu - Despite being stuffed full, I still have a feeling I missed out on some amazing food after thoroughly devouring every plate on the 5 course menu - I should have gone for the larger menu and exercised a bit more the next day! Highly recommended!

  Absolutely fantastic experience!
  They change theme every two month, and this time it was a mix of New Nordic and dishes from three other Top 50 restaurants from around the world (New York, Shanghai and Paris).
  Service was perfect and the atmosphere was relaxed.
