  I went for a treatment here. Upon arrival the person apparently had not understood the full extent of the treatment when I made the appointment over the phone.
  
  Even though the desired treatment was completed the price was unexpectedly high from the quoted price.
  
  Treatment was 3/5 overall 4/5.

  DO NOT GO THERE. It is in a converted apartment with doors left open to anyone seeing you. The owners believe they don't need to comply with the law regarding refunds. I don't want the treatment as I can see the standard is very low.

  The worst experience so far i have seen..very irresponsible persons are working in the reception all the time.
  
  i took a large facial appointment like 15 days back when i go there they are saying simply sorry sir today the girl is not working . because of that i waste my time to go there and i didn't book any appointment in other places.i have a very important function to attend on next day.
  
  If some body those who have a very important functions i will sincerely tell them please don't book there they are not responsible for their appointments.because its happens 2 times to me.
  
  Even they didn't call to update their information to the customers after we go there then they will tell you sorry sir today the girl is not working.that much importance they are giving to the customer.
  
  so guys this is my experience from men's room . why i am updating is those who really need facial treatment for the functions or party's weddings please choose some other option ..

  Helt fantastisk sted. Blev mødt af en super hyggelig stemning. Fik serveret kaffe noget at læse i som start, ført ind i privat rum og jeg havde bestilt en fod behandling og det var super godt. Fik ordnet hård hud, negle rødder. En mild scrup og fod massage og en paraffin behandling til at slutte af på. Er det dyrt? Det kommer an på hvor meget velvære er værd for dig. Men jeg har allerede bestilt min næste tid om to måneder. Gør dig selv en tjeneste og prøv at få ordnet fødder.bare en gang 😁

  Nice enough place.
  
  Since it was the first time for me at a place like this I did the full treatment of 2.5 hours.
  After 10 minutes for being shown to the room, asked to undress and get on the bed I got a 10 minute back massage which was nice and relaxing.
  We discussed correction of eyebrows and decided that was unneeded, so on to face treatment. The products used are Dermalogical Professional, and from the attempted sale after the treatment (payment + sales speech for products were 15 minutes, meaning I was out of the door 10 minutes before my time ended, as I have no interest in buying products at the moment) it's fairly clear that they have an agreement with this company. Which is fine, really. It keeps the cost down, I imagine.
  
  In the beginning there was a lot of communication. "What I am doing now" which I made a mental note to put in my review, but sadly communication died after the initial facial treatment. By the time she was massaging my hands, not to talk about the pedicure, communication was pretty much gone.
  
  Throughout the session the cosmetologist left the room a (large) number of times to get products, put products back, get water, put water away ect. It's not exactly relaxing for them to constantly leave and come back to the room, so a tap in the rooms might fix that.
  
  The wellness center happens to also be placed near both the main fire station and main police station, so sirens can't be helped Again not something which helps you relax.
  
  All in all, men's room has trained cosmetologist who seem to know what they are doing. Their business plan is easy to understand, and seems to be successful, so that's nice, but it's also not as service minded as the price led me to believe.
