Poorly done work.

Got engraved my wife's gold medallion. But engraving is bad and superficial and medallion is not to be saved.

Unprofessional and wasteful.

I was given a necklace where the chain was attached to a pendant.
I would like the chain to make the chain a little more short
When I get the chain back it is completely skewed.
When the pendant hangs straight, the lock is on the side of the neck because only the chain in one side has been removed.
