  Been here a few times. Very nice store. Service has always been great. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Although there's room for improvement on inventory.
  Wallet from this year's Christmas animation collection I got the other day is so cute!

  My second experience at the Copenhagen store was better. Jamilla
  was very helpful however they need to top up on their stock as they didn't have the size of belt i needed and neither did they have bag I wanted.

  I bought the Star Trail Ankle Boot.When i came home, I found out squeaks every time you step, which is really annoying especially when you pay 945 pounds for the shoes (i’d expect better).
  When I went to the LV store in Copenhagen - i found out I can’t get my money back on my card and could only get a PAPER gift certificate for the store. This is FIRST time I ever encounter that kind of bad service in Copenhagen - shocking !!!! DON'T BUY HERE !!!!!

  By far the best customer service in Copenhagen, when it comes to luxury stores. I was greeted by a young man who instantly welcomed me and through the next hour or so continued to inform me of their new products and up selling the exact products I was in the market for.
  
  A week later I recieved a hand written letter in the mail thanking me for the purchases and that if I ever needed to buy more for my girlfriend to contact him and he would do his utmost to make us happy again. Amazing!

  Bad service. Not helpful. Had problem with a scarf I bought which I've used about 10 times and which is already destroyed. The manager wasn't listening, she wasn't willing to help or anything. She said that it was my fault and that I can't wear the scarf with any jewelry Who doesn't wear jewelry because they wear a scarf? I'll never go to that LV boutique again.
