I didn’t try the Spa, both restaurant, lounge area and hotel rooms are really nice and on par with the quality you would expect. Good for business events.

We recently attended our friend's wedding. They had booked a table in the restaurant on the roof for 3 pm. We arrived at 2:45 and I was surprised to see that they didn't let us in to the restaurant until it was precisely 3:00. So the bride and groom decided to take pictures downstairs. As they were doing that, a staff came over and told them they can't take pictures. When we went up to the restaurant, there were problems with the service or what was agreed about the service and the bride and groom were clearly getting frustrated and nervous. That made their mothers nervous. Towards the end of the lunch, the waitress began sort of pushing us out and asking for payment from the bride and groom in front of all the guests (despite the restaurant being empty). They had set our tea and a small plate of deserts outside for us and when the elderly mothers asked whether we could have tea inside the waiter refused. Overall, I'd say that very poor hospitality was shown, especially since this was for a very special occasion. They made it clear that they don't care that people are getting married. Thus, I'd say its a mediocre place. The view of course is nice.

On the Breakfast buffet IS NO MORE: caffe latte, warm chocolade, cappuccino, smoked salmon, avocado, sunny side up eggs, omelette, pan fried sausages, fruit smoothie, american pancakes, YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA a la carte now !!
For 2 years the buffet lost >50% of the selection..

Dejligt sted. Gode faciliteter i smukke omgivelser. Desværre var værelset ikke klar ved ankomst. Deres cocktail kort er kedeligt og uinspirerende. Aftensmaden var fantastisk på højde med de bedste restauranter i København. God venlig og vidende betjening, det er tydeligt at det er faguddannede tjenere. Spa faciliteterne er fantastiske intet mindre. Morgenmads buffeten var kedelig, smalt udvalg der var f.eks. ingen røræg og bacon. Under gennemsnittet i forhold til caféer i København og i skærende kontrast til deres aftensmad. Alt i alt et udemærket sted og en blandet fornøjelse.

We arrived as two couples and stayed over the day. We bought the Luxury day spa package and especially the massage together with the two course lunch were absolutely amazing! Great selection of baths, hot tubs and different saunas. Recommend as a gift to someone you love ❤️
