The visit on 'Koldkrigsmuseet' Stevnsfortet was a really nice experience! Though I'm Danish I couldn't imagine such facilities here in Denmark. The staff showing us around and telling all the stories was excellent and very inspiring. We had a great day as a family here!

Nice intact Cold War bunker. Too bad you can't enter on your own and have to take the guided tour which is not offered in English.

The English audio guides where very limited.

We thought the tour was a bit too long and that the audio guide didn't follow the actual guide. Since some of us didn't speak Danish this was frustrating.

Great place.
Definitely go with a guide underground.

Not good idea to take small kids with you if you are going to the bunker underground.

In order to enjoy this you must buy the guided tour. Only then do you have access to the vast underground bunkers.

Great place to spend an afternoon, i would highly recommend taking the guided tour since it gives access to the tunnels under the fort.

The exhibition is excellent. Interested people can explore the whole area by their own. - That's great. But my girlfriend and I made a guided tour through the exhibition and, the special, the bunker-system.
So, we got electronical guides with an earphone. The guide startet but the guide (man) was speaking Dansk for all the guide through the exhibition and bunker. The rest of our group, about seven people, were Dane. They certainly could understand what he said, but we as tourists not. We are from Austria and couldn't even ask anything about the exhibition, canons or bunker-system. Additionally we paid 12€ for the electronic guids and just had the information on it for the fix stations. Sometimes the man spoke about 10min to the group and the electonic guide just 5min. So then we had to wait. We also didn't know what the next stop is.

The guids are absolutely not for tourists who want to explore the whole bunker and want more information than the electronic voice tells one. Guids in different languages are urgently needed here. And a "hello" or "good bye" at the beginning or rather at the end is also wished.
